This privacy policy explains how HAUSERS (“we”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with the Bauskas iela 134 project and the website bauskasnami.hausers.ee. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the General Data Protection Regulation) and the Latvian Personal Data Processing Law.

What we collect
When you complete the contact form on this website, we receive the name, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred apartment type and message text that you provide. You provide this voluntarily, and you must confirm your consent before the form can be sent.
We do not collect data you have not given us, and we do not buy contact lists from third parties.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide information about the Bauskas iela 134 project — apartment availability, pricing and pre-sale terms.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@bauskas134.lv. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to complete our correspondence, and no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless the law requires a different period or you withdraw your consent sooner. The retention period is to be confirmed by the client.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose, publish or otherwise use your data for other purposes, except where it is necessary in order to answer your enquiry, where there is a separate agreement with you, or where disclosure is required by Latvian law.
